After-Sales Support

Rental Karts NZ can travel to your venue to provide technical support, assist with new facility setup, commission equipment, train staff,

carry out business audits or help optimise your day-to-day operations.

Whether you're installing new equipment, improving race operations, reviewing safety systems or resolving complex technical issues, we're happy to come to you.

Travel, accommodation and associated expenses, where applicable, are charged in addition to our standard service rates. We'll always provide a quotation before any travel is arranged, so you'll know exactly what to expect.

Support Packages

Many operators prefer the reassurance of ongoing technical support.

We offer tailored support packages that can include scheduled remote assistance, operational advice, software support, staff training, preventative maintenance planning and priority response when issues arise.

We'll happily work with you to develop a package that best suits your business, your equipment and your budget.

Service Rates

We understand that many questions can be answered quickly, so we're always happy to provide brief assistance over the phone or by email.

Complimentary Support

  • Up to 15 minutes of general advice or assistance by phone or email is provided free of charge where possible.

Technical Support & Consultancy

  • NZ$140.00 + GST per hour.

  • Support is billed in 30-minute increments after the initial complimentary 15-minute period.

  • A minimum charge of NZ$70.00 + GST applies to all billable support requests.

Support may be provided remotely, over the phone, via video call or on-site, depending on the nature of the work required.

Billable support may include, but is not limited to:

  • Technical troubleshooting

  • Software configuration

  • Booking system support

  • System integrations

  • Liaising with third-party software providers

  • Remote diagnostics

  • Staff training

  • Operational consulting

  • Business advice

  • Documentation and procedure development

Where possible, we'll always advise you before billable work commences, so you can decide whether you'd like us to proceed.
