Why We Charge for Detailed Quotes

Many of the products and systems we supply involve specialised equipment, international sourcing, freight logistics, and tailored recommendations. Preparing detailed quotes for these types of projects requires a significant amount of time and coordination behind the scenes.

Our Approach

To ensure we can continue to provide a high level of service and accurate information, we have introduced a quotation fee for detailed quotes.

A minimum fee of $150 + GST applies, with larger or more complex projects scoped accordingly.

What This Means for You

This fee allows us to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date pricing

• Include freight and logistics where required

• Offer tailored recommendations based on your project

Each quote also includes one revision, so we can make reasonable adjustments if needed.

Fair and Transparent

If you decide to proceed with your order, the full quote fee is credited toward your purchase.

This means you’re not paying extra — it simply ensures that the time spent preparing your quote is covered while keeping things fair for serious enquiries.
