Upcoming Tyre Price Adjustment – Important Update

At Rental Karts New Zealand, we always aim to provide high-quality karting tyres at fair and competitive prices. Over the past several months, we have worked hard to absorb rising costs wherever possible. However, due to ongoing changes in the global market, a price adjustment is now unavoidable.

Why Are Prices Changing?

There are two key factors driving this upcoming adjustment:

1. Increased International Shipping Costs

Global freight and logistics costs have risen significantly, impacting the cost of importing tyres into New Zealand. These increases affect everything from container shipping to local handling.

2. Rising Raw Material Costs

The cost of rubber and other key materials used in tyre manufacturing has also increased, leading to higher production costs from our suppliers.

What This Means for You

With a new shipment of tyres arriving in the coming weeks, updated pricing will come into effect from 1st May.

We are currently finalising the exact pricing structure and will confirm the updated tyre prices very soon. In the meantime, we wanted to give our customers advance notice so you can plan ahead if needed.
